ThePDE1CTR-FRETAssayKitisdesignedforidentificationofinhibitorsofPDE1CusingTR-FRET(TimeResolvedFluorescenceResonanceEnergyTransfer)technology.Usingthiskit,onlytwosimplestepsonamicrotiterplatearerequiredforthePDE1Cactivityassay.First,thefluorescent-labeledcAMPisincubatedwithasamplecontainingPDE1Cfor1hour.Second,abindingagentandaterbiumdonorareaddedtothereactionmixandincubatedfor30minutes.Then,fluorescenceintensitycanbemeasuredusingafluorescencereader.
